Comments from Marie Burns, Director Accessible Tennis CIC:

With COP 26 meeting in Glasgow in 2021 as a small organisation we wanted to see what we were doing well and how we could improve. In 2021 Sustainable Pathways provided a sustainable appraisal of the organisation which are available to read here:

The report concluded our strengths were:
– Strong on engagement with the local community and vulnerable groups
– Strong on promoting diversity
– Very good at encouraging sustainable transport

One of the recommendations from the report was to set up a new sustainability section on the website to demonstrate what we are doing in this area.

Sustainable Goal number 13: Climate Action

In addition, adding Goal 13 Climate Action to the existing United Nations Sustainable Goals that Accessible Tennis CIC currently pursues, which are:
